- This boot embodies the classic features of a traditional Moc-Toe design, crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality in every aspect.
- Manufactured with a double layer of leather (2.2mm oily pull up full grain leather, lined with 1.6mm calf leather).
- Heel stiffeners for added durability, support, and protection.
- Soft leather gusseted tongue for comfort and weight reduction.
- A steel shank between the insole board and sole offers extra support and stability.
- A leather midsole and a resin runner for added comfort and durability.
- Heavy-duty hooks and eyelets to secure feet.

- Sole: TW (This sole is our Tyre Wedge option and is designed for grip and comfort. It is a genuine rubber sole with a softer rubber compound, providing the best all-round performance).

Let me start by saying that this is a fantastic boot that I will be keeping and wearing for a very long time. However there is one area where the purchasing process can be improved. The online description states “Our fit is true to the Brannock devise with a 3E width”. For my size, this is inconsistent with the size guide. To clarify – my foot length is 10.63″ which is listed as a size 10 on the guide. The Brannock size for a 10.63″ length can vary from 8.5 to 9.5 depending on arch or foot length. I went with the size guide, ordered a 10 and the length is perfect. Had I ordered any of the possible Brannock sizes, the shoe would have been too short. This boot is amazingly well built. Stitching, symmetry and materials are excellent. the boot was comfortable out of the box. Perhaps some more attention to the sizing challenge that online purchasers face would help. Oh, and please correct the spelling.

[...]Just received a pair of these. Very nice, excellent materials and workmanship. I dont know who did the stitching attaching the vamp to the lower – but nicely done. This is a much ‘stouter’ boot than I had anticipated, the upper is quite significant and impressive . If there is a barefoot version (without a lining) of this, that is more pliable upper — Im definitely in. Just keep in mind, this is a BOOT not some flimsy pliable little moccasin.

This is my 6th pair of Jim Green boots, and by a huge margin, the most comfortable one to wear, so far. I received shipment on the 2nd of August, but decided to wear them for the 1st time, today. I Conditioned them with Bic 4, let them soak, then gave them one coat of Saphir neutral polish. These boots came out supple, and ready to wear. These boots are not stiff, at all for the first wear. Get you some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
